What are the best Fat burning foods?

Does anyone have a good list of all the best fat burning foods? Also foods that increase metabolism, and calorie burning?

    Cabbage, carrot, apple, blueberries, Non-fat milk, Low-fat yogurt, broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower, peppers, celery, spinach, tomato, cucumber, apricot, orange, blackberry, blackcurrant, peaches, plums, raspberry, grapefruit. rhubarb, guava, strawberry, melon, lemon.

    There are a few others, but these are the ones that come to mind. Certain teas like Green Tea are supposed to be good and I know spicy foods are great for increaseing your metabolism.

    Yes foods burn fat but it isn’t as simple as just going out and buying some of these foods and eating them regularly in hope that the fat will just fly off.

    A change in your diet is very important and consentrating on “fat burning foods” does help the body in the fat loss proccess. You have to also remember that it is a combination of what you eat, how you eat, when you eat, the types of exercise you are doing, etc.
