How To Lose 10 Pounds Fast?

Maybe I am asking too much but I relly need to lose around 10 pounds as soon as possible.

Can anyone help?

    Had had to do the same about six months ago. I needed to lose at least 10 pounds as quickly as I could.

    I basically concentrated on how I was eating because that is where my main problem was. Also, I have to admit I wasn’t a fan of exercise either.

    So this is basically what I did:

    1. I started eating more complex carbohydrates that take longer to digest. That way I feel fuller for longer.

    2. Obviously all fatty foods and sugary foods were stopped. I did it cold turkey.

    3. I ate more than 6 little meals a day to keep my metabolism working fast.

    4. I also added a 30 min exercise routine into my daily schedule.

    In just over a week I had lost 10 pounds!

    Try it.
